This is by far one of the most well-structured and informative guides available for societies considering self-redevelopment. It clearly explains every step—from feasibility to legal compliance and documentation—making the process easier to understand and apply, even for those without legal or technical backgrounds.

The inclusion of real-world formats, checklists, and timelines adds immense practical value. You can tell it’s written with on-ground experience in mind.

One suggestion: the important government circulars included at the back of the book are in Marathi, which is understandable since those are the official documents. However, for readers like me who aren't fluent in Marathi, English translations alongside would have added even more value and helped ensure complete clarity.

Still, this is an excellent reference and a must-have for any society serious about managing redevelopment responsibly and independently.
