Why Choose This Book?
Are You a Normal Judge? is not a conventional law textbook. It is a reflective collection drawn from a life spent at the Bar, on the Bench and in the world of legal ideas. Justice Yatindra Singh brings together observations on advocacy, judging, judicial reform, legal history, emergency provisions, public speaking and the lessons that lie beyond formal legal doctrine. The book will appeal particularly to law students, young lawyers, judges and thoughtful readers interested in the human side of the legal profession and the way lawyers and judges think.
